Enjoy a cosy acoustic night in Roasted Addiqtion with some of the best folk and indie this side of the railway tracks from Kadet, Paper Cranes, Redlight Orchestra and Sarah McElwain.
Kadet are a four-piece indie band from Auckland. They're joyfully obsessed with making timeless songs - some of which you can hear on their debut EP which is still available as a name-your-price download from kadet.bandcamp.com .
Paper Cranes are a folk band who deliver songs full of soul and heartfelt poetry. Currently a duo who collaborate with others, they draw inspiration from the likes of Fleet Foxes, Bob Dylan and Jeff Buckley.
Redlight Orchestra are a six piece band incorporating guitar, cello, bass, drums, harmonica, and a lot of good folk tunes.
Sarah McElwain is a solo folk artist with a beautiful voice and haunting songs, who has just released her debut EP which is available on sarahmcelwain.bandcamp.com
